In 2018, At Desi Barber, we’re more than a barbershop—we’re a place where style and individuality come to life in the heart of Riga. With locations on A. Čaka iela, Brīvības iela and Mazā Nometņu iela, we combine the timeless techniques of traditional barbering with modern hairstyling. Our barbers are passionate professionals, committed to creating haircuts that reflect your unique personality.

A decade later, Desi Barber spans six cities, twenty master barbers, and a waitlist that reaches across continents — but the idea remains the same. One chair. One client. One impeccable hour.

What started as a rebellion against the rush of modern grooming has become the new standard for the gentleman who refuses to be hurried.

Meet The Founder

Pravin
Devda.

"A great cut should outlive the day it's given."

Pravin trained on Savile Row before crossing to barbering at twenty. He has cut for film, fashion, and finals nights — and built Desi Barber on a single principle: that the small hours of a man's week deserve the same craft as the public ones.

He still takes ten clients a month, by request only, in the original Riga chair.

A third location arrives in Āgenskalns Market, Riga — bringing Desi Barber's signature standard to the left bank of the Daugava.
