For senior barbers and weekend slots, we recommend booking 7–10 days in advance. Weekday morning and afternoon slots are typically available within 48 hours.
Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before your booking. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged at 50% of the service fee.
No preparation required. Arrive with your hair as you would on any normal day — we prefer to see the natural state. We provide everything else.
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfer. For members, services are settled monthly via stored payment method.
Yes — our house-label grooming line is available in studio and online. Members receive 15% off all retail purchases and early access to new products.
Each studio offers different parking arrangements. London Mayfair has valet on request; Dubai DIFC has underground parking included; New York SoHo has valet by request. See the Locations page for details.
Walk-ins are welcome where availability allows, but we recommend booking in advance — the chair is reserved as a private session and slots are limited.
Yes — we offer the Kids Haircut service for young gentlemen aged 4 and up. We recommend morning appointments for the most patient experience.
